There are two:
www.gotoquiz.com/how_english_are_you

So I challenge Felicity to show us how english she is !!!!!!
The other site that I want to share, is a Blog, It is very interesting it has many exercises, and idiomatic and vocabulary quizzes, grammar, and it has all levels.

Hello...
ResponderEliminarThanks for the information!
Well I took one quiz, the top one, the guardian link didn't like me. It turns out that I'm 55% British. I have been living here for some time and I speak foreign languages which is uncommon, but I think the biggest problem was perhaps that I know nothing about cricket. The question of jam/cream is also not how British you are, it depends on regional/family preference and at Wimbledon, if I ever went (unlikely on my salary!) I would have two of the options but I was not allowed!
Anyway, to summarize, I am happy with 55%. This means I haven't lost my roots entirely and hopefully I am qualified to teach, but that I am a touch more international!
See you tomorrow
felicity
Hi Carla! I took the top one test too and the result is: I am 48% English. Not bad, isn't it? I don't know anything about cricket neither about jam or cream toast preferences nor Mary and William. But even though I am fast half English. In reference to the second link, I could not access either.
